strategy of the Society, and
ensures its
institutional continuation and a
smooth transition from one
Executive
to the next. Represents MILS
externally, to the Law Students’
Association or the Faculty of Law,
or appoints, on occasion, a
designate for these functions.
Monitors, assists, and supervises
the
work of the MILS Executive
Officers and project Coordinators.
Calls the
executive and general meetings and
sets the agenda.
Serves as a
source of
information for project
Coordinators by establishing
contacts inside
and outside the Faculty. Assists
project Coordinators in securing
and
contacting speakers, as well as
informs the Coordinators on
administrative procedures and
logistics of event-planning, and
is responsible for maintaining and
regularly updating the website.
Leanne
Flett
Manages and
reports on the
finances and the budget of MILS.
Honestly and diligently maintains
MILS' sources of funding. Assists
project Coordinators in creating
and
managing their project budgets.
Erica
Shadeed
Informs MILS
members of
relevant events taking place at
the Faculty and outside. Regularly
checks the MILS email account and
responds or forwards emails where
appropriate. Responsible for
advertizing events, and
maintaining the
listservs. Additionally, heads
leads the organization of the
International Law Speed Meet and
Greet in the Spring.

Mageau-Taylor
Represents
MILS externally beyond the
faculty, and in particular, within
her role as the New York Trip
chair.
Zachary
Frenkiel
Chairs the
International Law 101 introduction
session.
